We are pleased to announce that a new card reader system for entrance to the pool will be installed soon. Transfer from the key system is scheduled to occur on Monday, June 30.
This change will make it easier for residents to enter and safer to exit the pool, help the Association better monitor pool use, and prevent unauthorized persons from using the pool.
Residents wishing to obtain the new cards will be able to pick them up at the clubhouse on these dates and times:
Sunday, June 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. and
Monday, June 23 from 4 to 6 p.m.
Residents unable to drop by the clubhouse at those times may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to have cards mailed to them.
One card will be available for each household. One extra card or a replacement for a lost or damaged card will be available for a charge.
